Well I don't have a actual diagnosis by a doc but from my own research of many websites and medical info sites- I'm pretty sure I have it. Had a bicept strain in 98 and in 99 bi lateral wrist strain/overuse got thru that and went back to normal work after a yr of light duty. 1 yr later neck/shoulder pain had treatment by occupational doc and back to regular work. another yr later more shoulder/neck pains- treatment and back to work. 4 months later hand , arm, shoulder/neck all start hurting with too many advil also. so downhill with many different restrictions at work until I could no longer even do the simplest job . doc RX pysical theraphy- the first place was not good so went to second then third place finally found good help. felt better for 2 wks after PT was done with. then ulnar sensations started -all pains ext bilateral. next sessions of PT found uneven shoulders, ribs, neck and hips. but no treatment as not in context of Work Comp case. so PT did neck and shoulder treatments and then strenghtening witch helped much but dco released me back to full regular work { 10 hr days + OT} crazy!! got minor restictions but finally my employer sent me home . So now at home waiting for comp hearing and trying chiropractor on my dime.
