Hi I'm a 30 yr old women that had a very normal and healthy life. Before being involved in a car accident almost 2 yrs ago now. My symptoms are such things as numb hand, chest(clavial area) pain,heavy arm and pain pain pain in right shoulder and neck quaderant.The headaches are the most debilitating though. I am also a certified dental assistant that can not work. Due to hte numbness in my right hand I am not safe to work on a patient. Let alone even imagine the pain it would cause. Any way I am considering getting Botox injections before I commit to getting the rib resection. Does anybody have any advise about this approach. I just really want my life back. I can't seem to get any relief from pain without drugs and even that is not always helpful. My husband(of only 5 months) try's real hard to understand and be patient with me but I know that he gets tired of hearing my freakout. Does anyone else have "car accident" history that they can share with me.
