My TOS  :

I was told last week that I may have TOS and I thought I'd ask if anyone out there had ever had problems with an irregular heart rhythm. Over the last three years I have had problems with Atrial Flutter and my specialist seems at a loss as to why it is occurring. Apart from giving me more tablets than I can carry to take he seems at a loss. The problem being when I lie on my left side I cause my heart to beat irregular, however the good news is it goes when I move position or stand up. Now you may think freaky, but any ideas, could this be caused by the pressure on a nerve or vessel. I must clarify something here the doctor who thinks I have Tos is not the doctor dealing with my heart, matter of fact they work in different hospitals. My symptoms are discolouration of my left hand, pins and needles, pain, chest and shoulder pain and on occasions numbness of the arm. In addition I have some tingling around my nose and mouth. Sounds complete, but there you go.
