My TOS :
I was in a head on car accident six months ago and have had TOS since. I have the typical symptoms of tingling in my hands and being able to make my pulse disappear on command. What a neat party trick, huh? The most annoying symptom has been pain and a constant ache in my shoulderblade. I have low nerve-reading things (like in teh 50's). Today my doctor suggested surgery to remove the first rib. I'm hoping to hear from anybody who has had this surgery or who has TOS as a result of an accident. Also, I'd like to know about experiences of anyone who has tried therapies like acupuncture. Some people at work are always telling me to get a massage, but I'm not sure it's that simple. If my story is similar to yours, please let me know what you know!
