My TOS :
I am a relative success story! Three years ago I could not raise a toothbrush to my mouth and my life was going into the toilet. I tried every form of therapy possible. Now i have only low levels of pain when driving or doing long term work with my hands. But the solution has been to STOP all the things that caused the problem. Stopped working on the computer for long periods, playing tennis, doing work with hands such as gardening, etc. I recommend putting all your resources into getting yourself out of the things that caused the problem in the first place. Also, Alexander therapy helped me a lot. If you NEED to use the computer, try a voice activated software. Best wishes to all js
