I too have had the days full of pain, been though what seems to be a million tests, and doctor's visits, and been told time and again that there is no cure, but I have found that doing yoga has been my saving grace! NOt only has my posture greatly improved, my symptoms and mental state have improved! I did yoga only twice a week for 10 weeks and when I visited my doctor after that he did an ultra sound on my arm and noted that my complex was less pinched! I suggest that everyone try this! It hurts at first, but in the end you will see an improvement, and besides, what do you have to lose?
