1. Upper extremity pain
2. Paresthesias of ulnar distribution
3. Weakness of the hands
4. Clumsiness of the hands
5. Coldness of the hands
6. Tiredness, heaviness and parasthesias on elevation of arms

Shoulder and Neck

1. Pain
2. Tightness

Chest Wall

1. Anginal chest pain (heavy or squeezing pain in the midsternal area of the chest)
2. Inter-para scapular pain (pain along the shoulder-blade)

Head

1. Headaches
2. Funny feelings in face and ear

Vertebral Artery

1. Dizziness
2. Lightheadedness
